As the oldest of three brothers, Dillon quickly learned the value of responsibility, teamwork, and looking out for the people around him—qualities that have shaped who he is today. With a background in sales and customer service, he’s spent years working with people, understanding their needs, and making sure they feel heard and valued. In his off hours, you’ll probably find Dillon spending time with his family, enjoying the outdoors, or getting to know more of the incredible people who call Oregon home. Dillon truly loves this area, and is excited to help others find their homestead here in the heart of Oregon.
