Growing up across the Great Northwest, Alan DeVries developed a deep passion for the land—not just the land he sells, but the land he calls home. For over 42 years, he has explored the most beautiful and remote corners of Oregon and Washington, and today, Southern Oregon is home to Alan, his amazing wife, and their three active sons.

After high school, Alan spent several summers fighting wildland fires, an experience that deepened his appreciation for the outdoors and inspired him to earn a degree in Fire Science, with a focus on helping landowners protect their property from wildfire. This knowledge remains a key asset in his real estate career, where he helps clients prepare their properties for market with a unique and practical perspective.

Prior to real estate, Alan owned and operated a successful automotive business in Washington for nearly a decade, sharpening his skills in business, marketing, and client service. Today, his faith, family, and love of the land drive everything he does. Whether he’s coaching his sons in basketball and wrestling or exploring the Rogue River and backwoods with his family, Alan embraces the Southern Oregon lifestyle to the fullest.

Alan specializes in rural land, vineyard, and winery properties, and has consistently ranked among the top three rural land brokers in Southern Oregon over the past three years. He’s been part of some of the region’s most notable vineyard sales, and his passion for connecting people with Oregon’s rich land runs deep.
